C++實現修改磁盤san策略

    最近在公司遇到磁盤鏡像盤寫io，GetLastError返回錯誤碼19，磁盤受到介質保護，diskpart查看了一下磁盤的san策略，發現策略爲使共享磁盤脫機。現在要支持修改san策略爲全部磁盤聯機。
