If outlook express crashed,dbx file will be wrecked,and outlook express can not open it.so you can use dbx2eml separate and fix to eml.
當OE出現問題，有可能破壞DBX文件，這時可以使用本工具分離EML文件，修復重要的EMAIL電子郵件文件

Using DBX2EML
-------------
run DBX2EML,
1.select a dbx file.that in the path like:
C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Application Data/Identities/&leftsign;D2357D06-0483-4C8F-BE5F-90F61471B479&rightsign;
首先選擇一個DBX文件，一般都在類似目錄下

2.select a path that the eml save.
選擇一個目錄用來保存EML文件YippeeSoft開心軟件
