在安裝Python3.6後，發現提示api-ms-win-crt-process-l1-1-0.dll丟失，網上搜索後發現很多人都出現了 api-ms-win-crt**.dll缺失的問題，導致一些軟件或遊戲無法正常運行。總結如下：
Windows 通用 C 運行庫（Universal C Runtime）是通過Windows Update更新安裝到系統的，更新的編號爲KB2999226（10.0.10240.16390）或KB3118401（10.0.10586.9），組件如下：

在C:\window\system\ 或者C:\window\SysWOW64\ 裏找不到相應的.dll文件。網上有一些 單個.dll文件的下載，但是嘗試後均無效。正確的做法是micorsoft 官網下載相應更新，再安裝。重啓後OK：
