2、出現的原因
erlang版本: otp_win64_21.0.1
rabbitmq版本：rabbitmq-server-windows-3.7.6
這兩者版本不匹配
根據官方要求，rabbitmq-server-windows-3.7.6需要的版本是erlang19.3—20.3.x
3、解決方法
根據官方的方法，重新安裝erlang版本。
