配置windows phone環境問題：

Visual Studio setup cannot run in compatibility mode. For more information see the Installing section in the Visual Studio readme at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=143397.

第一種解決辦法：

  

                1、win+R、輸入regedit，打開註冊表；

                2、刪除：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers

第二種解決方法：

              1、創建一個新的文件夾XXX

      2、把vm_web.exe移動到新文件夾XXX中

              3、重新運行安裝程序（在新文件夾夾中）
