discuz登錄出現HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

登錄discuz的時候出現了 ，not found，http error 404 ，the requested resource is not found的錯誤，退出也是出現了這樣的錯誤，百思不得其解；

就是重新安裝discuz後也是這樣，還以爲是網站其它地方有所限制；

其實問題就出現在config_ucenter.php文件的：define('UC_IP', ''); 這個上面，這個置空就可以了；

define('UC_APPID', '2');
define('UC_IP', ''); 
define('UC_PPP', 20);
