最後“最精彩的部分來了，雖然在防火牆的設置裏面已經有了FTP Server的Exception，但是其實他並沒有真正的允許任何訪問，不相信的可以試試，直到這步，本機測試一切正常，但外網無法連接， 必須要手動解決。

 

 

 

1. Finally you’ll have to configure your server’s firewall rules to allow access. Personally, I think Microsoft’s done a great job up until this point… it’s a shame it couldn’t last. Disregard any existing FTP firewall rules; although they should be enabled, they don’t actually allow access! Run Allow a Program Through Windows Firewall and grant access to C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe
