思科3650交換機的密碼恢復與之前的方法是不一樣的，具體官方配置方法如下
SUMMARY STEPS【概要步驟】
1. Connect a terminal or PC to the switch.（用console線連接交換機）
2. Set the line speed on the emulation software to 9600 baud.（波特率設置爲9600）
3. Power off the standalone switch or the entire switch stack.（關閉交換機）
4. Reconnect the power cord to the or the active switch. Within 15 seconds,press the Mode button while
the System LED is still flashing green. Continue pressing the Mode button untilall the system LEDs turn
on and remain solid; then release the Mode button.
（接通交換機電源，在15秒內，按下Mode按鈕，同時System LED閃爍綠色,繼續按Mode按鈕，直到所有System LED變黃後鬆手）
5. After recovering the password, reload the switch or the active switch .（密碼恢復後，重啓交換機）
6. Power on the remaining switches in the stack.（打開堆疊中剩餘交換機的電源，沒有堆疊，忽略）
DETAILED STEPS【詳細步驟】
Step 1 Connect a terminal or PC to the switch.（用console線連接交換機）
Connect aterminal or a PC with terminal-emulation software to the switch console port.If you are recovering the
password for a switch stack, connect to the console port of the active switchor
（將終端連接到活動交換機的控制檯端口）
? Connect aPC to the Ethernet management port. If you are recovering the password for aswitch stack, connect to
the Ethernet management port of a stack member .（如果有堆疊交換機，連接以太網管理接口）
Step 2 Set the line speed on the emulation software to 9600 baud.（波特率設置爲9600）
Step 3 Power off the standalone switch or the entire switch stack.（關閉獨立交換機或堆疊交換機）
Step 4 Reconnect the power cord to the or the active switch. Within 15 seconds,press the Mode button while the System LED

Procedure with Password Recovery Enabled
Step 1 Initialize the flash file system.
Switch: flash_init （初始化boot_loader）
Step 2 Ignore the startup configuration with the following command:
Switch: SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=1 (忽略啓動配置startup-config)
Step 3 Boot the switch with the packages.conf file from flash.
Switch: boot flash:packages.conf(啓動加載無配置的系統)
Step 4 Terminate the initial configuration dialog by answering No.
Would you like to enter the initial configuration dialog? [yes/no]: No(您要輸入初始配置對話框嗎？， 選否)
Step 5 At the switch prompt, enter privileged EXEC mode.
Switch> enable
Switch#
Step 6 Copy the startup configuration to running configuration.
Switch# copy startup-config running-config Destination filename[running-config]?
(將startup-config 加載到running-config)
Press Return in response to the confirmation prompts. The configuration file isnow reloaded, and you can change the
password.
Step 7 Enter global configuration mode and change the enable password.(進入全局模式，改密碼)
Switch# configure terminal
Switch(config)#
Step 8 Write the running configuration to the startup configuration file.
(改完密碼後，將running-config的配置保存到startup-config)
Switch# copy running-config startup-config
Step 9 Confirm that manual boot mode is enabled.
Switch# show boot(查看啓動項)
BOOT variable = flash:packages.conf;
Manual Boot = yes
Enable Break = yes
Step 10 Reload the switch.
Switch# reload （重啓交換機）
Step 11 Return the Bootloader parameters (previously changed in Steps 2 and 3)to their original values.
（重啓交換機後,按住Mode鍵,進入boot_loader模式）
Switch: switch: SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=0 （啓動加載帶配置的系統）
Step 12 Boot the switch with the packages.conf file from flash.
Switch: boot flash:packages.conf （重啓交換機）
Step 13 After the switch boots up, disable manual boot on the switch.
Switch(config)# no boot manual （交換機啓動後，在交換機上禁用手動引導，保存配置）
