*need 'BWP tab' to cover: initial ul bwp(as defined in SIB1), initial dl bwp(as defined in SIB1), dedicated ul bwp and dedicated dl bwp. only bwp specific parameters will be included
*need 'initial access tab' to cover: msg1(aka PRACH), msg2(which contains ul grant for msg3), msg3 by rar ul grant, msg4 and its feedback by pucch(as specified in sib1)
