使用udp套接字發送失敗，返回-1，錯誤碼爲1，ping操作顯示Operation not permitted
這個是防火牆導致的，使用iptables關掉防火牆去就沒問題。
iptables -F
sendto 返回errnor 1,錯誤碼1 Operation not permitted
