造成原因

使用 SecureFXPortable 上傳的中文文件夾在SecureCRTPortable中查看是亂碼，導致nginx 無法匹配到相應的目錄造成404。

處理方式

1. 確保操作系統可以輸入中文，並在 SecureCRTPortable中可以正確顯示。
2. 將 SecureFXPortable 和 SecureCRTPortable中的編碼格式全部設置爲utf-8。
3. 在 SecureCRTPortable 安裝的文件夾中進入 Data\Settings\Config\Sessions 找到 相對應的 xx.xx.xx.xx.ini 文件，在文件中找到D:"Filenames Always Use UTF8" 將他的值修改爲00000001
