nord退款郵件

首先說下這件事情,其實VPN剛開始用的不錯,但是後來越來越糟心。

剛開始網速2M多,鏈接也挺快,剛開始滿地圖的VPN,但是後來幾句減少,我看的時候大概有40多個,第一次,第二次只有20多個,前幾天數了下只有14個了,但是每個vpn有好多服務器。

重點來了:

連接接我剛開鏈接香港的,但是鏈接不上了,然後鏈接加拿大的剛開始還可以後來直接越來越慢,中途試着聯香港的是偶爾可以連接上。到前幾天出現失敗給個截圖。

出去強烈的不安,我就開始退款了。(我當時主要是查資料,我買了3年的)

First of all, thank you for your efforts to solve the problem, but can not find the root cause of the problem.

 

I tried to restart the VPN client, but it didn't work. Another question is whether the integrity of the VPN can be guaranteed. I am worried that one day, the number of servers will decrease for the fourth time. Now there have been cases where the server has been decreasing (now only seeing 14 VPn nodes, Australia's nodes have disappeared), and even unable to connect.

Last night, I wanted to find information. I couldn't connect again. When I used my mobile phone, I even had an inexplicable disconnection. The download speed was less than just a dozen kb. I tried to use a Japanese server and Singapore could not connect. Now all the servers I seem to only be able to connect to Canada, but I am not sure if I can continue to use it.

 

I need a refund.

We can assure you that you are eligible for a refund in the first 30 days after your purchase, but first, we would like to troubleshoot and possibly solve your issue.

Please try enabling Obfuscated Servers feature in NordVPN application settings. It can be done by following these instructions:
For Windows systems, you can facilitate Obfuscated Servers feature by opening NordVPN application (Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Obfuscated Servers).

After enabling Obfuscated server feature, try connecting to the servers mentioned below:

Japan # 134-140;
Singapore # 125-131;
Sweden # 186-189;
Germany # 315-318;
United Kingdom # 551-556.

If Obfuscated servers appear to be malfunctioning as well - disable this feature and try connecting to standard NordVPN servers:

Australia # 228-230;
Canada # 391 - 395; 
Czech Republic # 31;
Italy # 52-63.

Assuming that you will not be able to detect mentioned servers, most probably your servers list has not been updated yet. Our recommendation would be to log out from the NordVPN application and log in again.

In order to connect to these specific servers, click on the magnifying glass icon and search for the country and a server number with a hashtag.

For example: Australia #229.
