安裝SQL Server 2008時，總是提示restart computer Failed的錯誤，重啓也沒用。
主要原因是註冊表中的設置導致的，建議刪除：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server目錄
和
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager目錄，在右側找到PendingFileRenameOperations。
重啓即可。
