昨天一不小心把npm給搞沒了，今天想下載，卻總是遇到這個問題，最後在這個網址：https://easyengine.io/tutorials//nodejs/node-js-npm-install-ubuntu 找到了答案
解決方法如下：
1.先把nodejs刪掉（如果你已經安裝並且還沒刪的話）sudo apt remove nodejs
2.apt-get install nodejs（再安回來就行了）
3.npm -v （會發現npm又安裝回來了）
原因：因爲nodejs是包括node和npm的，這樣下載一定可以恢復npm。
