使用 sqlplus "/as sysdba" 登錄數據庫，卡死在如下界面

Ctrl+C 無法終止，只能另開終端強制kill
日誌沒看出明顯的異常
處理方式：
使用 sqlplus -prelim / as sysdba 登錄
shutdown abort
再用 sqlplus "/as sysdba" 登錄
startup
異常解除。
目前仍然沒有找到出現這個問題產生的原因，待查。
