從北京出差回來，一下子還有點適應不了以前很熟悉的環境。
從工作位置到午間休息的檯球室，一下子怎麼看着很奇怪的感覺。
連之前很熟悉的VMware也啓動不起來。
在命令行輸入： services.msc
在service裏啓動VMware Host Agent, service 啓動不起來，提示如下：
Windows could not start the VMware Host Agent on local Computer. For more information, review the system event log. If this is a non-microsoft service. contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code -1.
在命令行輸入： eventvwr
查看system log,有一個error:
The VMware Host Agent service terminated with service -specific error 4292967295 (0xFFFFFFFF)

在Landy Tian的幫助下，提供了一個解決方案：
原來在C:/programData/VMware/VMware Server/hostd下有一個文件 datatores.xml被損壞了，打開文件發現很多不是xml格式的東西。
把損壞的文件備份了一下，把該文件夾下另外一個datatores.xml.default 文件改名成 datatores.xml，然後啓動 VMware Host Agent Service， 這次service順利啓動。
用https://localhost:8333訪問vmware 遠程控制檯，又出現新的問題。
加載vmx文件後，提示爲Unknown(invailid)，具體錯誤信息爲：
