使用-c 選項：

       -c
       --continue
           Continue getting a partially-downloaded file.
           This is useful when you want to finish up a
           download started by a previous instance of
           Wget, or by another program.  For instance:

示例：
$ wget -c ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/ls-lR.Z

• 配置法

vim ~/.wgetrc

內容如下:
continue = on

然後直接下載
wget https://jaist.dl.sourceforge.net/project/groupexplorer/groupexplorer/2.2.0/GroupExplorerSetup2.2.0.0.exe
