用法:
用的時候先在<head></head>插入
<SCRIPT src="Images/setday.js"></SCRIPT>
然後輸入框
<INPUT id="starttime2" onclick="setday(this)" size="12" name="starttime" runat="server">
當鼠標放在輸入框的時候，出現時間控件，選取時間後，JS自動的將時間控件的值賦給starttime2。由於給starttime2加了 runat="server"屬性，所以在後臺可以取starttime2的Value值。
