是tomcat的8080端口被佔用了
（3）解決：
1.命令行netstat -ano
顯示結果
可見8080端口確實被佔用了，記住最後一類的數字（1600）
2.命令行輸入tasklist|findstr "1600"（注：第一個分號前有個空格）
可見我的是javaw.exe佔用了8080端口
3.ctrl+shift+esc打開任務管理器，點詳細信息
結束到進程就ok了。
