Rancher 集羣整體重啓後，集羣啓動失敗
ranch容器保錯：
ClusterController c-xxam [user-controllers-controller] failed with : failed to start user controllers for cluster c-xxam: failed to contact server: Get https://192.168.0.100:6443/api/v1/namespaces/kube-system?timeout=30s: read tcp 127.0.0.1:48386->127.0.0.1:6443: read: connection reset by peer
6443爲apiserver，發現kube-apiserver容器頻繁重啓，並且報錯：
Err :connection error: desc = "transport: Error while dialing dial tcp 192.168.0.100:2379: connect: no route to host". Reconnecting...
懷疑是服務器重啓後，防火牆啓動，導致連接失敗，使用：
Systemic stop firewalld
systemctl disable firewalld
關閉防火牆後，集羣正常
