我也是初學spring mvc,剛剛弄完了一個不完整的文件上傳應用
1、導入相關包，特別是如下四個jar包
2、先建立如上的目錄結構

文件上傳時，最好加上一個由路徑創建的File對象，判斷該對象是否存在或者是否爲一個文件，如果不存在或者是一個文件，那麼則用上述路徑創建一個目錄，然後把上傳的文件的保存在那個目錄下。
