解決辦法：計算機右鍵/屬性/高級系統設置/環境變量/Path的值設置爲
%ANDROID_SDK_HOME%/tools;%ANDROID_SDK_HOME%platform-tools,然後重新啓動eclipse！
其中, ANDROID_SDK_HOME爲另外一個環境變量，值爲：
D:\ProgramFiles\android-sdk-windows（視具體情況而定）
