levenshtein_distance(字符串相似度算法):

           所謂levenshtein distance即將一個字符串轉換成另一個字符串所需要的最少修改次數,一般包括對字符的3種操作:1、刪除。2、修改。3、增加。

          如‘天通苑’和‘天通西苑’的度爲1,執行一次插入操作。
