Cognos服務器，編輯保存UTF-時報錯：

解決辦法：
1）打開Cognos Configuration 記錄下你做的修改（可以截圖）
2）在安裝目錄c10\configuration下，將cogstartup.xml重命名位cogstartup.xml_old，也可直接刪除；
注：在10.2.1裏面是這個名字cogstartup.xml
3）在安裝目錄：c10\configuration下，將 csk , encryptkeypair , signkeypair 重命名爲old，也可直接刪除；
4）重新啓動Cognos Configuration，重新做你之前的修改，保存，啓動，問題解決
