Spring Cloud 服務註冊，負載均衡

Eureka：註冊中心（類似於Zookeeper）

Ribbon: 負載均衡，通過RestTemplate來發起url的請求。比如：restTemplate.getForEntity("http://COMPUTE-SERVICE/add?a=10&b=20", String.class).getBody();

Fegin: 負載均衡，通過接口來發起請求。類似於dubbo的那種調用方式

先啓動Eureka註冊中心，然後再啓動一個提供者服務（COMPUTE-SERVICE），然後就可以通過Ribbon或者Fegin來調用COMPUTE-SERVICE了。

當用戶發起客戶端的請求時，請求到Ribbon後，它會通過RestTemplate來發起url的請求（請求COMPUTE-SERVICE）。

當用戶發起客戶端的請求時，請求到Fegin後，它會通過接口來發起請求（請求COMPUTE-SERVICE）。

1. 啓動Eureka
