以太信道是指，多條相同類型，相同速度和雙工模式(相同端口配置）的端口組合成一條邏輯鏈路。
這裏的多條實際鏈路指2的N次方。2，4，8，16...
可以是中繼，接入。
思科的私有協議是PAGP. 公認的協議有LACP.(中文名稱分別爲端口聚合協議，鏈路聚合協議）。
幾條物理鏈路的負載均衡方式默認是MAC地址。也可以是IP，四層TCP端口。
