因爲需要升級某些包的版本，用 pip install --upgrade ***命令更新，但出現無法卸載的情況：
ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'scikit-learn'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
有的回答說用pip install --ignore-installed scikit-learn ，但是舊版本還在，會有其他問題出現。
其實只要找到你的python中的安裝包，刪除所有與它相關的文件即可。（所有名字裏含有該模塊的文件都要刪完）
例如在文件夾 ：anaconda\Lib\site-package
