最近接到Report的Issue，在Group Forms中創建的Form無法收到Response的Email Notification。
那麼對於這種問題如何Check和解決呢？
具體步驟如下：
1. 打開Forms https://forms.office.com；
2. 在Group forms中找到Group並點擊進入此Group forms，在右邊的Private group後點擊 members；
3. 在彈出的OutLook中點擊Edit Group Settings，並勾選下面兩個選項並點擊Save保存；
- Let people outside the organization email the group；
- Send all group conversations and events to members inboxes. They can stop following this group later if they want to.
4. 返回Group form，找到對應的Form進入設置頁面，點擊Settings，選擇 Get email notification of each response並保存。
5. 全部設置好後，打開表單填寫問卷並提交；
6. Group Member收到Response email notification，問題解決。
