在使用Flowable的過程中，由於對其瞭解片面的原因，爲了刪除測試過程中產生的歷史記錄，直接清空了所涉及的所有表內容，然後部署服務的時候就異常了

act_ge_property：流程引擎的屬性表，存儲整個流程引擎級別的數據，在初始化的時候會插入默認的信息。
就是因爲刪除了這裏面的數據，導致原本可以啓動的項目移動異常。
將數據恢復後項目就可以正常啓動了
