It caused by UAC (User account Control) setting in Control Panel->User Accounts -> Turn User
Account Control On or Off and there DESELECT the "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer"
After the HI TEch C Compiler running as dream...

以上信息提示可能是WIN10的UAC導致軟件安裝有問題，於是嘗試關閉UAC，關閉方法如下，
