IDEA中的maven項目的依賴包下載太慢的解決方法

用自己本地的maven倉庫碰到沒有下過的依賴包下載實在是太慢了，慢到哭泣。一般碰到pom文件中<project>飄紅絕大原因是依賴下不下來。後來百度到解決方法：

1、右鍵項目選中maven選項，然後選擇“open settings.xml”沒有的話就create

2.粘貼代碼
