如何在SpringBoot的pom文件中指定自己的parenet

我們在使用SpringBoot的時候，一般都是使用SpringBoot自帶的 spring-boot-starter-parent 作爲parent。

但是，在有的時候，由於某種特定的原因，一定要用自己的parent，不能用SpringBoot的parent。這個時候，只需要簡單的修改一下pom文件，添加對應的dependencyManagement和修改SpringBoot的maven插件。
