maven項目的pom.xml文件模板

這是一個idea的maven項目的pom.xml文件的基本模板，按照具體的項目可以在dependencies中添加依賴選項，junit和log4j都是常用的，就在模板中了，可以去掉，但org.apache.maven.plugins這個不能去掉，後面build會用到這個依賴。
