是一個標準的“女強人”。她從事人力資源工作 19 年,曾擔任 Google 亞太區領導力項目負責人,在 IBM、戴姆勒(奔馳)等外資企業擔任過高管,也在大型民營、互聯網、Google 覺得從一定程度上來說,確實很適合用來形容自己。但在她看來,“女強人”的核心關鍵詞應該是“強人”,也就是說,作爲一個普通人,要先讓自己在專業能力等各個方面變強,把自己打造成一個“強人”,性別女就是“女強人”,性別男就是“男強人”。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"“我覺得大多數的‘女強人’不管是有意識還是無意識的,都會弱化自己的女性角色,至少我不會去過多思考,我作爲女性要怎麼樣。對於像我一樣的女性創業者,我的個人建議是不要過多關注自己的性別,如果你太過關注性別,就很容易會做一些無謂的比較,這沒有任何意義。任何性別都有自己的優勢,也有自己的弱點,怎麼能讓自己的專業能力、身體狀態、精神狀態、認知、心智、情緒等各方面成爲一個‘強人’,這纔是最重要的。”Tina Tina 發覺廣告文案這份工作並不適合自己。一次偶然的機會,她獲得了一份人力資源助理的實習工作,並深深被這份工作所吸引。找到自己真正興趣所在的她立刻意識到,要想真正在人力資源領域有所作爲的話,一定要去接受系統的學習。所以畢業後沒多久,Tina 就去紐卡斯爾大學繼續深造,系統地學習國際人力資源管理。此後,她一頭扎進人力資源領域,一待就是將近 20 Tina 來說,目標感不僅能幫助自己做好職業規劃,也能讓自己以更積極的精神和狀態直面職場挑戰。比如,她初去戴姆勒(奔馳)的時候,面對和過去完全不同的企業文化以及管理風格,工作經常碰壁的她曾無數次想過離開,但最後讓她撐下去的還是自己的目標感。“我會不斷地去回想我的目的,當初加入這家公司的時候,我希望我能夠學習這種傳統企業的績效管理和人才管理方法以及實踐,因爲這和我過去工作過的互聯網企業是不一樣的。當你目標感特別強的時候,能淡化你的很多糾結與痛苦。”Tina 也坦言,她並非天生就有很強的目標感,這也是自己這麼多年不斷磨礪培養出來的。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"“很多時候,生活或者工作中的不順會倒逼你去思考下一步該怎麼辦,要麼辭職,換一份工作,要麼繼續留在這裏。換工作看似能解決問題,但如果下份工作又出現同樣的情形該怎麼辦?如果你選擇繼續留在這裏,那你就要思考,留在這裏對你來說最大的價值是什麼?你當時爲什麼來這裏?當你不斷地去思考這些事情,自己的目標就會慢慢地清晰起來,下次再遇到類似事情的時候,你頭腦中最先蹦出來的就是你的目標感。”Tina 的職場路越走越順。2017年,Tina 還分享了一個發生在她身上的真實故事。Tina Tina 身上始終湧動着“不安分”的基因,她也笑稱自己屬於“非典型的人力資源”。“傳統的人力資源工作普遍相對保守,從事的工作偏後端,但我不是那種特別安分的人,我更願意去了解新鮮事物,去做一些有創造性、探索性的東西。”Tina 年,Tina 從傳統的人力資源工作中走出來加入創業大軍,創立 TalentX Consulting,做起了人力資源管理諮詢工作。對於新公司的定位,Tina 早在創業之初就想得很清楚:幫助創業公司提升管理效能。在她看來,一家創業公司哪怕選對了賽道,找準了投資方,但如果公司在管理上存在問題,就很難實現快速增長。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"雖然想法很好,但在公司起步階段,Tina 還是遇到了不少挑戰。一方面,在當時,很多人都不看好管理諮詢類公司,意識不到它的價值,另一方面,管理諮詢公司做的是一對一定製化服務,這就意味着公司整體的 ROI 比較低。在創業初期,Tina 甚至一度陷入過糾結:公司的定位到底是做 ROI 比較低的管理諮詢,還是做“一個課件走天下”的培訓。糾結過後,Tina 創業之路逐漸順暢了起來,客戶也從最初只有三五個人的小公司,變成了擁有成百上千甚至數萬人的大型公司。回顧整個創業歷程,Tina Tina 對人力資源管理有了更深層次的理解,在一場美國人力資源大會上,Tina 總是很難與當時的上級進行良好的溝通,甚至一度懷疑是自己情商太低導致。接觸過腦神經科學之後,Tina 意識到之所以與上級存在溝通問題,是因爲對方的一個詞、眼神或動作,觸發了自己大腦中的某個開關,這時候人會自然地產生動物性的應激反應,自動進入戰鬥狀態,很難再繼續溝通。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"瞭解了這層原理後,Tina 對溝通有了新的認知與理解,並決定深入研究腦神經科學,探索大腦如何影響行爲。經過幾年時間的學習與鑽研,Tina 成功獲得了麻省理工學院(MIT) Tina 看來,腦神經科學雖然看不見也摸不着,但卻能實實在在地影響人的行爲,如果能正確地加以利用,甚至可以幫助提升管理效能。“對於管理者尤其是技術管理者來說,要想實現高效管理,首先一定要讓自己的大腦意識到,當前的管理方式存在問題。因爲從進化的角度來講,大腦一定會認爲自己是對的,但如果你沒辦法反觀自己的管理方式,就很難找到管理效能低下的根源。此外,作爲管理者,一定要了解一些腦神經科學領域的知識,哪怕只是瞭解一點點,也能對提升管理效能起到幫助。”"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"在採訪的最後,TGO
