Java JNI 調用C++ API及中文編碼問題

Java調用C++可以通過JNI聲明native方法進行調用,主要步驟有:

1. 聲明類及相關nativ方法,加載要調用的C++庫

3. 新建CIST_NER的dll工程,加載.h頭文件,編寫cpp文件實現dll庫
