Everyday is a gift, it is the daily sentence today. OK, it is never too later to start.
One thing should be reflected, I need to dig out the truth of one’s thought when some guy shows some abnormal behaviours. It was really a bad communication last day. I always focus on the partial descriptions and ignore his really intentions. On the surface, member complains that he was not interested in security functions and want to keep focus on the BSP part. But at last he said he didn’t want to work overtime since his family. Maybe the work loading is the truth.
I am not familiar with the negotiate. So i need to take time to prepare that. Here are some key points.
- What is the topic ? Keep staying on the topic of discussion, get back to original subject if someone runs off the topic.
- Try to understand the truth of his thought, don’t focus on the surface.
- Think without emotion, everyone has his own ideas. No matter what u agree with or other u hate, just let the positive attitudes go.
