By occasion, i get a job to modify and porting freePV to PSP.
FreePV is a open-source project, which licence obey to LGPL 2. Please refer to here:

It is a viewer for panoramas. Currently the package provides a standalone panorama viewer and a Firefox/Mozilla plugin. I should to add several module for it, then users could control the camera(based on panormamas) on the other side of network.
So, the first task is to add the network control protocol.
I simplified the implementation to RTP protocol on netwrok handshaking. Meanwhile drawout the control protocol from LIBVICAS.
Then the model for remote controlling on freePV is completed.
And the most important thing is to porting to PSP.
