點擊pythonIDLE報錯Socket error：Connection refused

再次使用pythonIDLE時，發現報錯，第一個錯誤框顯示Socket error：Connection refused，第二個錯誤框顯示IDLE's  subprocess didn't make  connection  Either  IDLE  can't  start  a  subprocess  or  personal  firewall  software is  blocking  the  connection。
解決辦法：打開任務管理器，其中有pythonw.exe進程，將其全部關閉，重新打開IDLE即可。
