1. Introduce

簡單明瞭，SmartAuditor就是Citrix旗下針對一款審計軟件，主要用於對XenApp會話進行錄製。它是基於ICA通道設計的，相較於其他錄製軟件，有Citrix產品結合好、錄製文件小等優勢。

2. Components

SmartAuditor主要包括以下組件：SmartAuditor Server、SmartAuditor Policy Console、SmartAuditor Agent、SmartAuditor Player、SmartAuditor Database五大組件。其中SmartAuditor Server與SmartAuditor Policy Console是集成在一起，不需要分開安裝。

以下是各個組件安裝先決條件：

本文檔只介紹安裝配置SmartAuditor相關組件，不再介紹如何安裝先決條件。請在安裝SmartAuditor必須確定安裝好先決條件。

如下是所有組件安裝在一臺機器上的情況：

4. Installation（Step by Step）

本文檔以SmartAuditor 1.3爲例（XenApp 6.0光盤自帶）演示，默認使用本地SQL 2008Express版本：

4.1 Install SmartAuditor Server

1、 依次瀏覽到光盤.\Smartauditor目錄下，點擊SmartAuditorAdministratorX64.msi；
2、出現歡迎界面，點擊Next進入到下一步；
3、選擇“I accept the license agreement”,點擊Next；
4、選擇默認設置，點擊下一步；
5、因爲這裏使用本地安裝有SQL Express，保持默認設置即可。當然也可以使用外部SQL；
6、點擊Next進入下一步；
7、程序安裝中；
8、點擊Finish完成安裝；

4.2 Install SmartAuditor Agent

1、點擊Next進入下一步；
2、選擇“I accept the license agreement”,點擊Next進入下一步；
3、輸入SmartAuditor服務器主機名，注意是主機名，最好不要配IP；
4、保持默認設置，點擊Next進入下一步；
5、點擊Next進入下一步；
6、安裝進行中；
7、點擊Finish完成安裝。

4.3 Install SmartAuditor Player

1、點擊Next進入下一步；
2、選擇“I accept the license agreement”,點擊next進入下一步；
3、保持默認設置，選擇Next進入下一步；
4、點擊Next進入下一步；
5、安裝進行中；
6、點擊Finish，安裝完成。

5. Configuration

由於SmartAuditor組件比較多，配置起來相對比較複雜。第一次配置可能會感覺比較亂，建議在理解整體架構後在做配置。也可以整體做一遍，然後做第二遍的時候就會有所體會了。

另外，此文檔所有配置是基於Http進行配置（Https會在另外的文檔中提及），請確保IIS如下圖配置。

5.1 配置Server

1、一次點擊開始-所有程序-Citrix-SmartAuditor-SmartAuditor Server Properties；
2、Storage選項卡是設置錄像保存路徑，最好將錄像保存在網絡路徑或者非系統盤（如圖，保存到D:\SessionRecordings目錄下）；
3、“Signing”選項卡是選擇證書。如上，我們這裏暫不使用。
4、“Rollover”是設置錄像大小和時間閾值。可以根據實際情況進行調試，在這裏選擇默認。
5、在“Playback”選項卡里面選擇允許播放正在錄像的文件。
6、在這裏設置錄像時，對終端用戶的提示信息。

5.2 配置 Agent

1、一次點擊開始-所有程序-Citrix-SmartAuditor-SmartAuditor Agent Properties；
2、在“Recording”選項卡里面勾選“Enable session recording for this XenApp Server”,否則將不能進行錄像；
3、在“Connection”選項卡填入SmartAuditor Server服務器主機名，SmartAuditor Broker 端口協議選擇Http；

5.3 配置Player

1、一次點擊開始-所有程序-Citrix-SmartAuditor-SmartAuditor Player Properties；
2、依次點擊Tool-Options；
3、如圖添加SmartAuditor Server主機名，使用Http方式連接；
4、如圖，添加成功；

5.4 配置Authorization Console

1、一次點擊開始-所有程序-Citrix-SmartAuditor-SmartAuditor Authorization Console；
2、右擊Player，依次點擊Assign Users and Groups—From Windows and Active Directory；
3、如圖，添加Domain Users組到Player角色裏；這點很重要，不然會出現無法在Player裏面找到錄像文件的問題。

5.5 配置Policy

1、一次點擊開始-所有程序-Citrix-SmartAuditor-SmartAuditor Policy Console；
2、使用http的方式連上SmartAuditor Server；
3、如圖激活Record everyone with notification。

6. Testing

1、通過Web Interface打開發布的應用；
2、SmartAuditor提示正在錄像；
3、錄像完畢，可以在SmartAuditor Player可以看到錄製的視頻任務；
4、雙擊視頻可以看到錄製的動作。
