自定義wheelview

根據項目需求修改了下

1、寫個類繼承ScrollView

        wv.setItems(Arrays.asList(mTimes));
        wv.setSeletion(3);
        wv.setOnWheelViewListener(new WheelView.OnWheelViewListener() {
            @Override
            public void onSelected(int selectedIndex, String item) {
                time = item;
            }
        });

        Builder builder = new MyDialog.Builder(mActivity);

其中MyDialog爲自定義對話框。按確認鍵設置tv_setlocktime的值。
