近日遇到了一個很詭異的問題：在Win7 下右鍵單擊單字符名（如“啊”“A”“1”等，不限語言）文件夾，資源管理器就會崩潰。但經不斷考證，問題已經成功解決。
條件：1、文件夾 2、單個字符（中英文及數字）作爲名稱 3、在文件夾圖標上點擊右鍵

新建文件夾取名"a"選中點右鍵資源管理器崩潰
支持工程師在那裏未能提出有效的解決方案。

下邊是“中止”“重試”“忽略”三個按鈕，無論點哪一個，都會繼續出現如下提示。

“確定”
點擊確定，資源管理器就掛了。
經過試驗，在兩個及兩個字符以上命名的文件夾上點右鍵，均不會引起錯誤；在任意文件上點擊右鍵也不會引起故障。對有問題的文件夾使用RAR進行文件操作，以及不使用右鍵進行的重命名、刪除等操作，同樣不會報錯——因此排除磁盤問題，將重點集中在右鍵菜單上。

中擴展菜單的逐項刪除排查後，發現問題由WinMount這款軟件爲文件夾添加的右鍵菜單引起。
解決方案：刪除註冊表中以下項
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WinMTExt]
後記：這個問題我已經反映給WinMount開發小組，目前正在等待對方修復BUG並答覆。
