Recovering from a Software Failure
1.從cisco網站下載系統映像，需cco權限賬號
2.解壓系統映像，解壓後是二進制可執行Bin文件
Unix 下使用tar -tvf 命令解壓
unix-1% tar-tvf p_w_picpath_filename.tar
unix-1% ls-l p_w_picpath_filename.bin
3.通過串口線連接交換機的console口 speed選擇9600
4.關閉交換機的電源，按住Mode鍵接通電源，串口界面顯示如下信息：
The systemhas been interrupted prior to initializing the flash file system. The followingcommands will initialize the flash file system, and finish loading theoperating system software#
flash_init
load_helper
boot
5.初始化系統 switch: flash_init
6.switch: load_helper
7.通過xmodem protocol開始傳送文件 switch: copy xmodem:flash:p_w_picpath_filename.bin
8.選擇超級終端上的傳送---發送文件
9.用boot命令重新加載新的 IOS switch:bootflash:p_w_picpath_filename.bin
10.reload
注意事項：如果串口速度選擇的不是9600,則需要修改交換機串口速度.
