在某些情況下，在unix/linux上的Oracle crs無法啓動，需要oracle以single instance啓動的時候，可以重新編譯（Relinking）oracle，關閉RAC特性，下面記錄其方法：
RAC ON

Login as the Oracle software owner and shutdown all database instances on all nodes in the cluster.

cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib
- make -f ins_rdbms.mk rac_on
If this step did not fail with fatal errors then proceed to step 4.
- make -f ins_rdbms.mk ioracle
RAC OFF 解除grid和數據庫的關係，srvctl將無法操作數據庫
