if you specify section, man only looks in that section of the manual:指定章節，man只查看那章
name is of a command,function, or file. 名字是一個命令、功能、或者文件
However ，if name contains a slash (/) then man interprets it as a file specification,so that you can do man ./foo.5 or even man /cd/foo/bar.1.gz :如果name中包含斜槓，man將他解釋爲文件說明，所以，你可以使用man ./foo.5 或者 man /cd/foo/bar.1.gz
