僅僅一天,客戶不得不先給我們幾個上了一堂“如何開會”的課。汗顏……一起學習一下吧^^

- What is the objective?
- --主題是啥?
- Who is leading the meeting?
- --誰主持?
- Does everyone have the material they need? -- I.E. maps, questions, decisions.
- --材料是否已分發給每個參會人員?圖譜、問題、決議事項……
- Who is taking minutes? -- Does someone have the assumptions / decisions
- --誰在記會議紀要?假定、決定……統統記下來
- Why are you here & what is your goal?
- --你來幹嗎的?(你的目的?)
- GO! But make sure all questions relate to objectives. AND… Options include minimal customizations!
- --OK,開始吧!但務必使所有問題都與會議主題有關(不要跑題)。並且……可選項最好十分明確,不能太延伸、發散(哦,這個不知道理解得對不對……)
