Hello, Sir. This is Avile Kim from the customer service department at KB. I'm calling in regard to your message about your lost ATM card. A technician has been out to the 1st Street location that you were at last night. He has informed me that the ATM machine is working properly and your card is nowhere to be found. I believe it is possible that perhaps another customer moved it so they could use the ATM. However, in the event that it was stolen, it is imperative that we cancel your debit card immediately. I have gone ahead and suspended all transactions on that card. The $200 was the last withdraw made on the card. If you stop by the bank later we will be able to reissue you a new card.
