.git/objects/下存放着三類對象:blob、tree、commit
可能用下面的命令瀏覽它們:
find .git/objects -type f

查看各對象的類型: git cat-file -t <SHA-1>
查看各對象的內容: git cat-file -p <SHA-1>
其實通過這兩條命令和.git/objects下的數據就完全可以瞭解版本的歷史結構,不過這個過程相當的煩瑣。
完成從數據庫中添加內容到暫存區:git update-index --add --cacheinfo 100644 <SHA-1> test.txt
完成暫存區文件快照的更新:git update-index <filename>
完成暫存區中添加新文件:git update-index --add <newfilename>
把暫存區的文件快照寫爲樹對象,並保存到.git/objects/目錄中:git write-tree
讀取.git/objects/目錄下的樹對象所包含的文件快照到暫存區:git read-tree <tree-SHA-1>
清空暫存區: git read-tree --empty
把樹對象的文件快照作爲目錄讀入暫存區:git read-tree --prefix=<dir-name> <tree_SHA-1>
提交樹對象並加相關信息:git commit-tree <tree-SHA-1>
提交樹對象並加相關信息,同時指定與上一次提交的前件連接關係:git commit-tree <tree-SHA-1> -p <commit-SHA-1>
查看當前的版本日誌:git log <SHA-1> 或 git log --stat <SHA-1>,會順着提交的連接關係顯示版本歷史。
