1，安裝前請務必確保已經正確安裝了 PHP。打開命令行窗口並執行 php -v 查看是否正確輸出版本號。
2，打開命令行並依次執行下列命令安裝最新版本的 Composer
下載安裝腳本 － composer-setup.php － 到當前目錄
php -r "copy(‘https://install.phpcomposer.com/installer‘, ‘composer-setup.php‘);"
3，執行安裝過程。
php composer-setup.php
4，刪除安裝腳本。
php -r "unlink(‘composer-setup.php‘);"

全局安裝是將 Composer 安裝到系統環境變量 PATH 所包含的路徑下面，然後就能夠在命令行窗口中直接執行 composer 命令了。
還有php(php.exe目錄)全局變量放到系統環境變量的path 例如 E:\PHPTutorial\php\php-5.6.27-nts;E:\PHPTutorial\php\php-5.4.45-nts;E:\PHPTutorial\php\php-5.5.38;E:\PHPTutorial\tools\composer
Mac 或 Linux 系統：
打開命令行窗口並執行如下命令將前面下載的 composer.phar 文件移動到 /usr/local/bin/目錄下面：

sudo mv composer.phar /usr/local/bin/composer
Windows 系統：
找到並進入 PHP 的安裝目錄（和你在命令行中執行的 php 指令應該是同一套 PHP）。
將 composer.phar 複製到 PHP 的安裝目錄下面，也就是和 php.exe 在同一級目錄。
在 PHP 安裝目錄下新建一個 composer.bat 文件，並將下列代碼保存到此文件中。

最後重新打開一個命令行窗口試一試執行 composer --version 看看是否正確輸出版本號。

下載安裝laravel
1、通過 Composer Create-Project
在終端中通過 Composer 的 create-project 命令來安裝 Laravel 應用：
composer create-project --prefer-dist laravel/laravel blog
如果要下載安裝 Laravel 其他版本應用，比如 5.5 版本，可以使用這個命令：
composer create-project --prefer-dist laravel/laravel blog6 5.5.*
