rocketmq 之namesrv（九）mqclient admin請求處理獲取broker配置信息

AdminBrokerProcessor#processRequest#getBrokerConfig

在更新broker配置時也曾調用getAllConfigsInternal方法獲取所有的broker配置，用於將所有配置持久化到配置文件。
