如果直接點擊Help > Eclipse Marketplace，然後搜索Egit, 以這種方式安裝是會失敗的！！！
因爲版本兼容的問題。依次點擊Help > About Flash Builder，然後點Eclipse的圖標，也就是鼠標滑過有Eclipse.org的那個
這時，我們來看下Eclipse的版本，版本是3.7.0, 是2011年的，也就是說Flash Builder4.7用的是老版本的Eclipse.
所以，我們要下載老版本的Egit
因爲我們的Eclipse版本是3.7.0，所以我們要下載的Egit是2.1.0的這個，注意圖中紅色標出的，except EGIT Import Support feature
一會兒安裝Egit的時候，要把Import Support去掉，這個是可選的
下載2.1.0的Egit，下載地址是

然後安裝，依次點擊Help > Install New Software
然後點擊Add, 接着name裏填Egit, 點Archive選擇你剛剛下載的Egit的壓縮包
然後就開始安裝Egit吧，注意EGit Plug-in Import Support前的勾要去掉
後面的步驟一直進行下去就行了。
如果遇到報錯，Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

然後解壓，把幾個jar文件放到jre目錄下，即java安裝目錄的jre目錄下。
